Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. finely grated carrots
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan. Sift flour with soda, cinnamon and salt.
In large bowl of electric mixer, combine sugar and salad oil.
Add half of the flour mixture; mix well.
Beat in carrots, pineapple, vanilla and nuts.
Add remaining flour mixture; beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour into prepared pan; bake for 60 to 70 minutes.
Makes 16 servings.
