Cinnamon Peach Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. peeled, sliced fresh peaches
    4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Butter a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish or casserole.
    Arrange peach slices in bottom of dish.
    Drizzle with the lemon juice.
    In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and cinnamon.
    With a fork, blend in the egg to make a crumbly mixture.
    Sprinkle the mixture over the peaches.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is crisp and peaches are bubbly.
    Serve warm or cooled with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
