Quick Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    raw chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1/2 c. sherry
Preparation
    Cover the rice with the water.
    Sprinkle soup mix over.
    Lay pieces of chicken on top.
    Cover chicken with the soup mixture. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Quick and good.
