Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops
    2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 lb. broken spaghetti
Preparation
    Fry pork chops in olive oil.
    Place in a big pot.
    Add salt, garlic, onion and bell pepper; cook 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, seasoned salt, pepper, brown sugar and vinegar.
    Cover.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
    Add broken spaghetti.
    Cover.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
