Amaretto No-Bake Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 or 3 pkg. Stella D'Oro almond toast
1 box chocolate pudding (not instant)
1 box vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 c. milk
4 Tbsp. rum or Amaretto

Preparation

Prepare pudding separately, using 1 1/2 cups milk per package. Chill.
Add 2 tablespoons liqueur to pudding after it's cooked. Line pan with toast, filling all spaces.
Mix 1/2 cup milk with 2 tablespoons of Amaretto (or rum) and drizzle over toast.
Spread chilled pudding; repeat toast layer.
Drizzle over with 1/2 cup milk and 2 tablespoons liqueur.
Spread other pudding.
Top with Cool Whip.
Garnish with slivered almonds or chocolate curls. Keep refrigerated.
