Cooked Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 or 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. canola oil
1 bell pepper
1 medium head cabbage
1 medium brown onion
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In saucepan, heat to boiling the sugar, oil and vinegar.
Chop the bell pepper, cabbage and onion. Add the seasonings.
Best when made early and put in refrigerator overnight.
Serves 8.
