Arthritis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oranges
    3 grapefruits
    2 lemons
    1 qt. hot water
    2 oz. Epsom Salts
    2 oz. cream of tartar
    1 pt. cold water
Preparation
    Grind rind and put in 1-quart of hot water; strain when cool into
    juice.
    Add
    Epsom Salts, cream of tartar and cold water. Shake
    well.
    Take\t2
    to
    3 tablespoons in warm water before breakfast.\tNever
