Pork Tenderloin In White Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (1 inch thick) pork tenderloin slices
    2 tsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1/8 tsp. rosemary
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (may be canned)
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper; coat tenderloin with flour mixture. Melt butter; cook tenderloin 4 minutes on each side on medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 to 4 minutes.
    Add rosemary; cook 1 minute.
    Add mushrooms; cook 3 minutes.
    Add chicken broth and wine; cook about 10 minutes longer.
    Serves 8. Total cooking time approximately 22 minutes.
