Sweet Potato Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/3 c. water
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. raisins

Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, eggs and water; beat at medium speed just until blended.
Combine the next 5 ingredients; add to egg mixture, mixing just until moistened.
Stir in sweet potatoes, pecans and raisins.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
