Cheesy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash
    1 small onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine squash, onion and butter and cook until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of cheese to sprinkle over the top.
