Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 oz. Italian sausage
    16 oz. ground beef
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    4 oz. diced onion
    1 oz. fresh Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    4 slices bread
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Remove skin from sausage and mix with ground beef. Add onions, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, spices and garlic. Soak bread in milk. Squeeze dry and grate. Add to meat mixture. Roll into 2 ounce balls. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 12 meatballs.
