Upside-Down Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, drained (reserve 1/2 c. syrup)
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Use a 10-inch skillet or a 2-quart, 11 x 7 x 1-inch pan.
