Cajun Corn Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 (6 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix
1 stick melted margarine
1 egg
1 bell pepper
1 bunch green onions
1 lb. pure beef smoked sausage
Preparation

Drain whole kernel corn; save juice.
Add liquid to cornbread mix.
Add egg, sour cream and margarine; mix well.
Add corn and remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Grease a 9 x 11-inch pan. Pour ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
You may add Tabasco sauce to mixture before baking if you like it spicy.
