Microwave Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Place ground beef and onion in a 2-quart glass baking.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Cook in microwave oven 5 minutes at High or until meat is no longer pink.
    Stir occasionally.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add salt, pepper and soup.
    Mix well.
    Cook covered in microwave oven 6 to 8 minutes at High or until thoroughly heated. Stir occasionally.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Cover and allow to stand 2 minutes.
    Yields about 4 servings.
    Serve on noodles, potatoes or rice.
