Cinnamon Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 medium tart apples, peeled and shredded
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a mixing bowl, beat the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream and butter on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour half into greased 8-inch square baking dish. Top with apples.
