Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; drain well. Saute onion in margarine until tender. Add soup, milk and cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Stir in rice and broccoli. Pour into a 2-quart greased casserole; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
