Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1 stick margarine
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 garlic pod, minced
    1 bunch green onions and 1 stalk celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato sauce
    extra seasonings (such as black pepper, red pepper and anything else)
Preparation
    Saute onions, pepper, celery, garlic and green onions until tender.
    Add crawfish and seasonings and cook for 15 minutes. Stir in the soup and tomato sauce and cook 15 minutes more.
    Serve with rice.
