Mama'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lasagna noodles
    1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu chunky garden-style spaghetti sauce with mushrooms and green pepper
    1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat adding spices (garlic powder and Italian seasoning).
    Drain and cool.
    Boil noodles until tender.
    Drain and cool.
    In bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, empty can of tomato sauce.
    Layer a row of noodles, cover lightly with spaghetti sauce.
    Add layer of meat.
    In small bowl, mix cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese (save 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese for top). Layer cheese mixture on top of meat, then add layer of noodles, sauce, meat, cheese, etc.
    Alternate layers until finished with layer of noodles.
    (Should be 4 layers approximately.)
    Top with what's left of sauce (if needed, add tomato sauce).
    Top with layer of Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until heated through.
