Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. coconut
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation

Pour
milk
over
coconut; set aside.
Cream butter and sugar. Add
eggs;
beat well.
Add milk, coconut and vanilla. Blend well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set and golden brown.
