Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding, mixed with a little whipped cream
    1 c. water
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Bring shortening and water to a boil.
    Add dry ingredients quickly.
    Beat until the batter leaves the side of the pan. Remove and cool.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating each one until smooth.
    Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Cool.
    Fill with vanilla pudding.
    A little cream added to instant vanilla pudding makes a light filling.
