Pizza (Two 12 Inch Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    4 c. flour (unbleached white)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated Provolone cheese
    spaghetti sauce (homemade or from a jar; Prego is really good)
Preparation
    Dissolve
    the
    yeast
    in
    1/3
    cup warm water.\tAdd the flour, olive oil, salt and 1 cup of warm water.
    Knead together
    for
    10 minutes.
    Place in an oiled bowl to rise, covered with
    plastic wrap.
    When the dough has doubled in bulk (about 2\thours) punch it down and divide in two.\tLet the dough rest a few minutes.
