Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. medium macaroni shells
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded lettuce
3 cooked, sliced eggs
1 pkg. tiny frozen peas
1 c. shredded American cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
12 oz. ham strips
Preparation
-
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, onion, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Layer in glass bowl the lettuce, eggs, peas, macaroni, ham strips and cheese.
Top with mayonnaise mixture and chopped parsley.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
