Salmon Bake With Pecan Crunch Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 salmon fillets or steaks (about 1 1/2 inch thick)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. soft breadcrumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    Garnish: lemon slices
Preparation
    Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper; place skin side down, in lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 inch or 9 inch square baking pan.
