Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Veg-All, drained
1 (12 oz.) can whole corn, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 stick margarine or butter, melted
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise (not lo-cal)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix Veg-All, corn, celery, onion, mayonnaise and cheese. Place in an 8 x 8-inch casserole.
Top with Ritz cracker crumbs which have been mixed with the butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
