Lois' Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. fresh apples, cut fine
3 c. flour
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. nut meats
2 Tbsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar

Preparation

Cream eggs, oil and sugar.
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in greased and floured tube pan.
