Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. frozen hash browns
    1 stick butter
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated cheese
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Spread potatoes (thawed) into 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Cut up butter and spread on top.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Mix sour cream, soup and cheese.
    Spread on top of potatoes.
    Top with cracker crumbs and butter.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can be prepared a day ahead.
