Corn And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cans Cream Style corn
    2 c. instant rice
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine.
    Mix in corn and rice.
    Top with slices of Velveeta cheese.
    Bake in a casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or cook in a crock pot at low setting 2-3 hours.
    Stir often.
