Stir And Drop Oatmeal Cookies(Serves 18) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. rolled oats
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg
    3/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly grease baking sheet.
    Stir into bowl, flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and ginger;
    add sugar, oats, oil, 2 to 3 tablespoons milk, egg and nuts.
    Drop by teaspoon about 2 inches apart.
    Bake 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Yields 3 dozen.
