Lo-Cal Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. light mayonnaise
    1 pkg. creamy Italian dressing mix
Preparation
    Make \"fake\" sour cream by creaming 1/2 of the cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
    Gradually add remaining cottage cheese and vinegar; blend in mayonnaise.
    If too thick, add milk until desired consistency.
    When \"fake\" sour cream is complete, add package of salad dressing mix; blend well.
