Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 eggs hard cooked
    2/3 cup vinegar
    2/3 cup water
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    1 lb. macaroni
    2 cups Hellman's Mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Beat sugar, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Add vinegar and water and bring to boil.
    Cool.
    Add milk and mayonnaise.
    Pour mixture over cooked macaroni, celery, onions and chopped hard cooked eggs. Refrigerate overnight.
