Harvest Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 head romaine
1/4 head escarole
1/4 head iceberg
2 oz. spinach
1 oz. red cabbage
tomato wedges
4 radishes
1 carrot
1/4 c. diced ham
1/4 c. diced turkey
1/4 c. diced Swiss cheese
1/2 c. croutons
Preparation
-
Tear lettuce and spinach into 1 to 2-inch pieces.
Slice radishes, carrots and red cabbage finely.
Lightly toss together and add ham, turkey and cheese.
Top with croutons and tomato wedges.
Add your favorite dressing.
