Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine, melted and cooled
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, then mix with margarine.
    Mix together vinegar, vanilla and beaten eggs; add to first mixture and pour in 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until pie is set.
    (An extra tablespoon of vinegar may be used if a more tart pie is desired.)
