Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. deer meat
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice meat into thick pieces (about 1/2 inch thick).
    Dip meat in flour until completely covered.
    Heat oil.
    Place meat in hot oil, salt and pepper, cook until golden brown.
    Turn and fry other side.
