German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German's sweet chocolate*
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. (2 sticks) margarine or butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Line bottom of three 9-inch round cake pans with wax paper. Microwave chocolate and water in large microwave on High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
