Fresh Peach Polka Dot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

unbaked 9-inch pastry crust
4 large peaches, peeled and halved, pitts removed
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. mace or cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation

Arrange peaches, cut side down, in pastry lined pan.
Mix sugar, flour, mace and salt.
Stir in cream gradually.
Pour over peaches.
Sprinkle with almonds.
Bake at 400\u00b0 about 45 minutes until filling is set.
Serve warm or cold.
