Scotch Teas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. quick cooking oats
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in brown sugar.
    Add baking powder and oats. Spread in 8-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Be sure to remove from pan before completely cooled (very important).
