Pearl Meat Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sweet rice
    1 lb. ground pork
    2 pieces green scallion, chopped
    1 egg
    6 pieces mushroom, chopped
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. cooking wine
Preparation
    Put sweet rice in a bowl of water for 4 hours.
    Put pork, scallions, egg, mushroom, salt, cornstarch and salt in bowl and mix thoroughly.
    Rinse rice and place in another bowl.
    Make meatball round in hand and dip into sweet rice so that it sticks around the meatball.
    Steam meatballs for 20 minutes.
    When rice is transparent-like, it is done.
