Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. peeled and grated raw zucchini squash
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream oil, eggs and sugar.
    Sift together flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Stir all together with zucchini.
    Add vanilla, nuts and raisins.
    Pour into 2 bread pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    This bread keeps well in freezer for months.
