Frances' Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 pepper, diced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup or 1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 c. or 1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. macaroni
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook 8 ounces elbow macaroni in salted water.
    Drain and set aside.
    Cook until lightly browned in skillet the beef, onion and pepper.
    Add soup and milk.
    Add drained macaroni.
    Blend and pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 or 20 minutes, until cheese is brown.
