Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. finely chopped chicken
8 green onions, chopped
1 1/4 c. bean sprouts
1/2 c. finely chopped water chestnuts
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
Preparation

Stir-fry beef, chicken and onions in 1 tablespoon of oil for 3 or 4 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry approximately 3 minutes.
Drain mixture and allow to cool.
Divide mixture and fill egg roll wrappers.
Deep fry in vegetable oil at 360\u00b0 until crisp and brown.
