Rice Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, cut fine
    2 c. celery, diced
    1 c. mushroom or tomato soup
    3 tsp. green pepper
    3 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix rice, sugar, salt, soy sauce and boiling water; let stand. Brown meat, onions and celery; add soup and combine all ingredients.
    Bake in a greased casserole for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
