Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large apples, diced
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. dates
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar (full cups)
Preparation

In mixer combine cooking oil, eggs and sugar.
Blend all wet ingredients, then put in all dry ingredients to mix well with apples.
Bake in Bundt pan for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
