Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1 can fried onions
Preparation
    Thaw and drain vegetables.
    Mix with soup, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 cup cheese and half can of onions.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Mix remaining cheese and onions. Sprinkle over baked vegetables and bake for another 5 minutes.
