Beef-Cheddar Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce (15 1/2 oz.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (4 oz.)
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large skillet, brown beef.
Drain fat and set aside.
In same skillet, saute onion in margarine.
In large bowl, combine beef, onion, spaghetti sauce, macaroni, mushrooms, 1 cup of the cheese and seasonings.
Spoon into a 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
