Mom'S Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. jumbo shells
1/2 lb. ground lean meat
1 small onion, chopped
1 small can sauerkraut
2 c. cooked instant potatoes
Preparation

Cook ground meat and onion in skillet until meat is cooked well, but not crisp.
Drain off fat.
Cook 1 pound jumbo shells until tender.
Set aside.
Mix meat, onion, sauerkraut and cooked potatoes together.
Fill cooked shells.
Sprinkle with dab of margarine.
Place in microwave for 20 to 25 minutes.
Good way to use up leftovers.
