Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boil and remove bones
    1 small jar diced pimento
    1 can French-style string beans, do not drain
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice (original recipe)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small can mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into covered casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with pickles and hot rolls.
