Potatoes Scalloped With Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed cooked ham
    5 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion (optional)
    1/3 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Layer 1/2 of ham, potatoes, onion, flour, salt and pepper. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
    Pour milk over layers.
    Mix bread crumbs and margarine; sprinkle atop.
    Top with parsley. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, covered, and 15 minutes uncovered.
