Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel
    2 cloves garlic
    1 onion, cut in large pieces
    1 tsp. cumin
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. water
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. green pepper pieces, yellow squash, corn, zucchini and potatoes
    tortilla chips
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Simmer all, except vegetables, until chicken is tender.
    Then add vegetables.
    Serve in bowl over tortilla chips and top with cheese.
