Apple Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. Vanilla
Juice of one Lemon
3 Cups Peeled and Chopped Apples
1 1/2 Cups Broken Pecans
1/4 Cup Confectioners Sugar
Pecans
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat eggs until light.
Add oil, vanilla and lemon juice.
Add flour mixture until well blended.
Fold in apples and pecans.
Pour into greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
