Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fryer chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 box Escort crackers
    1 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook chicken until done.
    Pull apart from bone in small pieces.
    In a greased pan or oblong baking dish, crumble 1/2 box crackers.
    Put cut-up chicken over crackers.
    Mix both soups, chestnuts, sour cream and stock.
    Pour over chicken.
    Crumble 1/2 box of crackers over top and spoon melted margarine over the top. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 35 minutes.
    This will make 2 small casseroles or 1 large one.
